Our commitment
OLOSO INC (“OLOSO”) wants oloso.ai to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technology such as screen readers, screen magnification, speech recognition and keyboard-only navigation.
What we are doing
We are working to improve the accessibility of our website. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our reference standard. We have not completed a formal audit against that standard and do not claim full conformance. Improvements we have made to the public website include:
a “skip to main content” link on each public page;
visible keyboard focus indicators, and navigation menus that can be opened with the keyboard and closed with the Escape key;
sign-in and plan-selection dialogs that keep keyboard focus within the dialog, close with the Escape key and return focus to the control that opened them;
underlined links in body text and footers, and higher colour contrast for body text, form field borders and primary buttons;
accessible names for navigation, the language switcher, the cart count, the search field and quantity controls, with status, loading and error messages announced to screen readers;
form errors linked to the field concerned, and autocomplete on common contact fields;
text alternatives for images in the language of the page, and language tagging of English text on Chinese-language pages;
respect for the reduced-motion setting on your device; and
shopping notices that stay on screen until you dismiss them.

Our back-office administration pages have had only limited accessibility work.
If reduced motion is not turned on, some content fades in as you scroll and may not be visible until it reaches the screen.
We do not publish captioned video. Our video library presents still images and text.
PDF documents we provide on request may not be tagged for screen readers.
Two prototype checkout pages can still be reached by direct link. They are labelled as prototypes, are hidden from search engines and do not take payment.
Third-party content
Some parts of our service are provided by third parties, including our payment pages (Stripe Checkout) and electronic signature service (DocuSign), and research content hosted on NotebookLM, which opens in a new window. We do not control the accessibility of those services. If you have difficulty with a third-party service, please contact us and we will help you complete your transaction by another means.
Alternative means of access
If any part of our website, ordering process or documentation is not accessible to you, we will provide the same information, products and services by another means at no additional cost. Please contact us and we will assist you directly, including by taking an order, providing information or arranging a service request by telephone or email.
Equipment
OLOSO equipment supplied to business customers is operated by the customer’s own staff. OLOSO does not currently supply a consumer self-service ordering or dispensing configuration. Where a business customer implements its own consumer-facing ordering arrangement, accessibility of that arrangement is the responsibility of that customer.
