1. These terms
These Account Terms govern the creation and use of an account on oloso.ai operated by OLOSO INC (“OLOSO”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, or by ticking the acceptance box and continuing, you agree to these Account Terms, the Website Terms of Use and, when you place an order, the Online Shop Terms of Sale. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information.
If you rent equipment or receive services from us, those are governed by the Master RaaS Agreement and its exhibits, which prevail over these Account Terms to the extent of any conflict.
2. Business accounts only
Accounts are for business use only. By creating an account you represent and warrant that:
you are at least 18 years old;
you are acting on behalf of a business, and not as a consumer for personal, family or household purposes;
you have authority to bind that business, and that business is bound by these Account Terms and by every order you place; and
the information you provide is accurate, current and complete.
We may refuse, suspend or close any account at our discretion, including where we believe it is being used for personal or household purposes, where information provided is inaccurate, or where the account is used in breach of these Account Terms.
3. Registration and verification
You create an account by verifying an email address or a United States mobile telephone number with a one-time code. Successful verification creates the account. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your contact details and for ensuring that only authorised individuals can access the mailbox or mobile number used for verification.
Standard message and data rates may apply to verification messages sent to your mobile number. Verification messages are not marketing messages; they are necessary to operate the account.
We record your acceptance of these Account Terms, including the date and time, the version accepted and the text presented to you.
4. Your responsibility for the account
You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must not share access credentials or verification codes, permit any other person to use your account, or create an account on behalf of another business without authority. You must notify us promptly at info@oloso.ai if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.
You may have multiple authorised users only where we have expressly agreed in writing. Absent that agreement, each account is personal to the individual who registered it and to the business they represent.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the account to:
place orders you do not intend to pay for, or use any payment method you are not authorised to use;
obtain products for resale other than as permitted by your agreement with us, or divert products outside the United States;
misrepresent your identity, business, tax status or resale entitlement;
access, probe or interfere with our systems, or attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls or security measures;
use automated means to place orders or extract data; or
breach any applicable law, including export control and sanctions law.
6. Communications
We send three kinds of message. You control the second and third.
6.1 Account and Transactional Messages — Not Optional
While you hold an account we will send you communicationsmessages necessary to operate the accountit and to perform our agreements with you, including . These include verification codes,; order and, shipment and delivery confirmations,; invoices and, receipts, and payment notifications; signature requests,; equipment service and safetyscheduling notices,; product safety, withdrawal and recall notices; notices about the status of your account; and notices of changes to these Account Terms. or to any agreement between us.
You cannot opt out of these communicationsmessages while you hold an account, because they are necessary to the service and, in the case of safety and recall notices, because we may be required to send them. If you do not wish to receive them, you may close your account under clause 7.
Marketing6.2 Product and Service Communications
These are separate andmessages about the OLOSO products and services you buy or use, including new beverage flavours and recipes, new or reformulated BIB concentrates and consumables, menu and recipe recommendations, product and platform updates, ingredient availability and supply changes, and offers relating to concentrates and consumables.
We send these to customers by default, because they relate directly to the products you use. You may switch them off at any time, using the unsubscribe link in any such message or the communication preferences in your account. We will act on your request within 10 business days.
6.3 Promotional Communications
These are sent only ifmessages promoting OLOSO more generally, including equipment offers and promotions, campaigns, events, surveys and general advertising.
You may switch these off at any time, separately from clause 6.2, using the unsubscribe link in any such message or your communication preferences. We will act on your request within 10 business days.
6.4 How the Categories Work
Clauses 6.2 and 6.3 are controlled independently: switching off one does not switch off the other. Switching off either does not affect clause 6.1.
Messages under clauses 6.2 and 6.3 will identify themselves as advertising, will carry our postal address, and will contain an unsubscribe mechanism that works for at least 30 days and requires no sign-in. We will not send you a message under clause 6.2 or 6.3 after you have opted in. You may switched that category off, except that a message under clause 6.1 may still be sent.
6.5 Text Messages
We send one-time verification codes by text message to the mobile number you register, because you provided it for that purpose.
We will not send you marketing or promotional text messages unless you have separately given written consent specifically for that purpose. Agreeing to these Account Terms is not consent to marketing text messages, and no setting described in clause 6.2 or 6.3 constitutes such consent. If we introduce marketing text messages we will ask for that consent separately, it will not be a condition of purchase, and you will be able to withdraw that consentit at any time without affecting your accountby replying STOP.
7. Suspension and closure
By you. You may ask us to close your account by contacting info@oloso.ai.
By us. We may suspend or close your account immediately where you breach these Account Terms, where we are required to do so by law, where we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorised access or unlawful use, or where the account has been inactive for an extended period. We may also close accounts on 30 days’ notice for any other reason.
Effect of closure. Closing an account ends your ability to sign in and place new orders. It does not:
terminate any rental, purchase, supply or service agreement, which continue according to their own terms;
discharge any amount you owe us;
delete records we are required or entitled to retain, including order, invoice, tax, payment, agreement, food-safety, audit and security records; or
affect any provision of these Account Terms which by its nature survives.
Communication preferences survive closure. If you have switched off a category under clause 6.2 or 6.3, we will continue to respect that choice, and we will keep a record of your email address for the sole purpose of not contacting you again in that category. We may still send you messages under clause 6.1 in connection with any agreement that continues after closure, and any safety or recall notice.
Clauses 4, 5, 6.5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 survive closure.
8. Availability
The account service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that it will be available, uninterrupted or error-free, and we may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of it, including any feature, at any time. We are not liable for any unavailability, delay, interruption, loss of data, or failure of any verification message to be delivered.
9. Disclaimer

11. Changes
We may change these Account Terms. We will give at least 30 days’ notice of material changes by email to the address on your account or by notice when you sign in. Changes take effect on the stated effective date, and your continued use of the account after that date constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept a change, your remedy is to stop using the account and ask us to close it; signed agreements continue on their own terms and are not changed by this clause.
